We work daily on behalf of property owners, property managers, and professionals or volunteers, to set up and manage co-ownership insurance contracts, multirisk building insurance including French Dommage-Ouvrage, or commercial and industrial property insurance.

For co-ownerships, we offer contracts with insurers that are part of the French IRSI agreement, or outside of the IRSI framework if you prefer to avoid automatic claims procedures. The IRSI agreement simplifies the handling of leak detection and simplifies claim management. We ensure personalized claims management to protect your rights.
